Help Points Closed During Christmas Holidays
As university life winds down for the christmas holidays, so are we - the Neptun Help Points will be closed for the upcoming holidays from 24.12.2015 - 05.01.2016.
If you need assistance during that time you can send us an email at kontakt@projektneptun.ch. We will try to answer your questions in time, but please note we are working reduced hours over the holidays so it might take a little longer than usual.
For hardware defects and warranty related problems, you can contact the manufacturer support directly.
