Neptun Help Points
You can find our Help Points at the University of Basel, the Hochschulzentrum vonRoll (PH Bern, University of Berne), the University of Lucerne and the ETH Zurich Zentrum campus. If you do not live or study near a Help Point, we can support you via remote maintenance software.
To get on-site support, you need an appointment. Please get in touch (click on the green "Need help?" tab on the right side and then click on "Open a support ticket") with us and describe the problem. Our support will get back to you within 24 hours.
