Unfortunately, we will not be able to hold Demo Days this semester. Don't worry, you'll once again have access to a comprehensive online advising service. Read below to find out how to contact us if you need help choosing the right laptop for your field of study.

Do you need support in choosing the right laptop for your studies? Have you received hardware requirements from your university and are not sure if the selected laptop model meets them? 

From now on you can choose between various consulting and contact options: From NILA you will receive suitable model recommendations. For short questions we recommend you to use the chat. If you need a longer consultation and would like to talk to one of our supporters personally, book a video consultation. Together with you, we will choose the right laptop and hold it in front of the camera so that you get a better idea of the device.

You want to contact us but our chat is not available or you have a problem with your Neptun laptop and need support? Write us via the contact form and select the appropriate topic to get an answer within 24 hours.

You will find all contact options on the right side of your screen, under "Need Help?".

If you are at home in the Zurich area, you can view almost all laptop models at the Help Point ETH Hönggerberg (at the student apartments livingscience). Here you can find the timetable of the ETH link shuttle bus.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received all display devices from the manufacturers, at the moment we are missing the ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga Gen 1. We do not exhibit printers. The following Dell monitors are on site: P2421DC, P2721Q, the P3421W model is on the way. The Wacom One tablet is also on the way.
