If we cannot solve your problem by phone or e-mail, visit one of our Help Points in person during the opening hours. Projekt Neptun runs Help Points in Basel, Lucerne and Zürich. Please note that not all services are available at all locations.

Support is available

Our Help Points at the University of Basel and Lucerne can be contacted via e-mail for individual support appointments. The Help Point at ETH Zurich is still open at the moment, but please make sure to schedule an appointment via e-mail first. Remote support is also available.
